Griddle me baby

The griddle pan i personally find is the healthiest way to cook food and still retain some amazing flavours and textures. I think boiled meat and oven cooked meat can become very tasteless and plain.

A good quality griddle pan will do two things, Allow you to cook your meat without using any added oils and will also allow the extra fats from the meat to fall into the grooves .
You can buy Griddle pans anywhere from Argos, Dunnes to some of the more expensive brands in Arnotts or House of Fraser. I have had an infatuation with the Le Creuset brand for years, i wish i could explain why, it might have started with their teeny tiny casserole pots that i spotted years ago and fell in love with. I was fortunate enough to get my beloved Le Creuset griddle pan as a Christmas present last year, and i can genuinely say it is one of the best tools i own. Le cresuet comes at a higher price of roughly 90.00 euro but with a lifetime guarantee you cant really complain.
If your budget doesn't stretch to Le Creuset don't fret , i have heard great things about the cheaper brands as well.

What i like to Griddle  Asparagus, Corn on the Cob, Fish, Chicken, Steak, Pork, Pineapple, Peppers, Courgettes / Aubergines
