We are all obsessed with what celebrity diets are in trend, who's body is looking amazing
and who has let themselves go. Its a sad world of body obsession but unfortunately these
stars don't even get a break during pregnancy. We are all fascinated by the quick body
makeovers by our favourite celebrities, But i think its important to note that they are
also real people just like us. They don't have any special qualities that the rest of us don't
possess except the pressure of being in the Public eye.
Whilst doing my research for this Article the most important thing was the fact that
nearly all Celebs eat super healthy during their pregnancy and continue a very active
Lifestyle. They don't just sit back and crack open the Ben & Jerry'f for months no they
become even more health conscience. Long term being more beneficial for your baby and
of course your post baby body. Those who eat a healthy diet during pregnancy are more
likely to snap back into shape quicker than those who eat junk food.
So what exactly is going on in Baby La-La Land , well there seems to be a huge variety in
approaches when it comes to celebs and their post baby bodies. Here is the Full low down.
Kim Kardashian
Poor Kim K, she has had a really tough ride during the pregnancy of her first child ' North
west '. Kim Kardashian reportedly gained a total of Four stone during her months of
pregnancy and always seemed to look really swollen. She admitted to over indulging, her
biggest weakness being Carbs including Bread,Pasta and Cake.
Kim k reportedly took up the Atkins diet as well as a grueling body bootcamp six days
a week, she also Decided to take up Yoga and Pilates to help with her Body transformation.
Her diet consisted of High amounts of protein and Low carbs, This meaning Kim had to
cut out her pregnancy addiction of breads, cakes and pasta.

Breakfast : Two egg omelette with cheese and spinach
Lunch : Baked salmon with a side of asparagus and salad
Snack : Turkey meat, cheese, yogurt with berries and almonds
Dinner : Chicken Breast, Broccoli and a side salad
Drinks : Water all day

Kate has always been a very active individual, she is known for her love of jogging and the outdoors, so it is no surprise Kate continued her active lifestyle during pregnancy. Which
she also credits to her post baby body, she also continued light activity like walking during her months of being pregnant. Rumor has it Kate's post baby body is all down to the Dukan Diet , a diet that Mainly consists of Low processed carbs and involving a phasing system .

Gwen has always been admired for her seriously toned stomach even in her early days with her band 'No doubt' Gwen unfortunately has always had a bad relationship with her body admitting publicly to struggling since the sixth grade . She has been dieting since then and has called her obsession a 'Nightmare'. It is quite surprising considering she always promotes such a healthy lifestyle and looks like she is in her twenties even though she is Fourty four years of age. Gwen continued her rigorous exercise regime and healthy diet threw out her pregnancy which she credits for her post baby body. She also took up Extra weight training sessions with her personal trainer to shed those extra pounds. She also included Yoga, Pilates and Jogging in her post baby regime.
