Jay Z goes green or as he likes to call it ' Plant based '



Yes the international superstar Jay Z announced yesterday that he is turning Vegan ! But for how long, The rapper announced on his Blog Life+Time that he is tuning vegan for his 44th Birthday and has also roped his wife Beyonce into it. Jay Z has been eating an all vegan breakfast for the past couple of weeks suggested to him by friend and fellow Vegan Gwyneth Paltrow . He goes on to say that it was much easier than he thought it would be. Jay Z decided to take it one step further and take on a 22 day Vegan or as he likes to call it 'Plant based' Diet. His first day was the 3rd of December and his final day will be Christmas day the 25th. Many people wonder why Jay Z decided to go with 22 days , Psychologists believe the reason he is going 22 days is because it takes 21 days to break a habit and on the 22nd day you've found a way. So maybe this is a lead on to a full time Vegan commitment. He quote's 

“I don’t know what happens after Christmas. A semi-vegan, a full plant-based diet? Or just a spiritual and physical challenge? We’ll see…”
