Here is my healthy French toast recipe with Dr Zaks
- Two slices of Dr Zaks protein bread
- 3 Eggs & if you are being even more strict 1 egg yolk three egg whites
- 1 spoon vanilla whey protein
- Teaspoon of cinnamon
- Mix mixture ingredients together including eggs, protein,cinnamon
- Dip the slices of Dr Zaks into the mixture and allow to soak up the contents
- Place Dr zaks in a hot pan and cook on each side for a minute and a half (until golden)
