Kelly's fish cakes


Kelly's Healthy Fish cakes

Ingredients 

 1 Onion
1 Egg
1 clove garlic
         Spoon full light cottage cheese
     Fish of choice
( I used salmon from a tin for convenience ) 



Mix ingredients together 


Shape small patties out of your mixture 


Fry on a non stick pan with no oil for 3/4 minutes 
If using meat that is not already cooked fry for 10 minutes both until golden brown
