I mean it when i say breakfast is the King of meals.
The name meaning to break the fast , starting your day with a healthy nutritious meal wakes up your metabolism, so you are burning calories as early as possible. There is a big misconception that missing meals will make you slim but by missing Breakfast you are indeed slowing your metabolism way down. It has been proven in Many studies that those who skip breakfast are bigger in size than there counterparts that eat a healthy breakfast early in the morning. Choosing to eat a healthy breakfast also determines your diet for the remainder of the day , by skipping breakfast you are more inclined to make bad diet choices for your lunch your break and your dinner. Another important thing to be aware of is your breakfast selection and to be responsible for what you are eating. The majority of Cereals, cereal bars , bread , brown bread are full of processed chemicals and also PACKED full of sugar. That include smoothies and juices that are pre packed .
