Breakfast files


Yes as usual i have included my breakfast files. I cant stress enough the importance of eating a healthy and of course large meal to kick start your day . This morning i had my usual Organic protein porridge using Optimum Nutrition's hydro whey. I also had a portion of scrambled eggs using three whole eggs with a large slice of Turkey, i also used pepper as a condiment. I also had a cup of black coffee with my favourite healthy coffee creamer Ripped Cream.
