Former Big Brother contestant Josie Gibson has had huge press lately with her public weight loss efforts, another reality star to launch her own fitness and workout DVD . You may all be very familiar with this story and the photos, but i was keen to feature it here on Bikinibrawn as another success story and also to show people the capabilities. Josie dropped for a size 20 to a small size 8 in only one year. In the first 6 months of her fitness and diet plan she lost a staggering 6 stone. In December after breaking her ankle and hitting 16 stone on the weighing scales she decided to take action, switching daily fry up's , Takeaways and icecream for a healthy diet of fish, avocado and regular salads. Her diet consisted of 1250 calories, high protein, high veg and low fats . She teamed her healthy diet with daily workouts with her personal trainer, 7 days a week for 20 minutes. Josie reveals that she feels her life has only started and she refuses to let herself slip, as her confidence levels are through the roof
