The reason i started this Blog was originally to document my own training and progress but BikiniBrawn has turned into something so much more. I have discovered an underlying passion for sharing information and knowledge with others. I have always had this amazing ability to Connect with people and Link with company's and i thought it would be a good thing to bring to my Blog. A lot of people are totally unaware of the AMAZING and healthy brands and products available both here in Ireland and Internationally. It is still possible to eat delicious exciting and invigorating food that will help you achieve a healthier and happier Life. I have been working around the clock the past Two weeks to promote some of these brands to you some from the States, some Europe and of course some exciting Irish products too. With Christmas coming up i have also been working on some cool product ideas for Xmas Gifts maybe for family member or a Boyfriend/ Girlfriend, there is no better gift than one that encourages somebody to be healthier and happier. Lets be fair every one wants to get in shape in January after over indulging during the festive period.
