Cadence Cycling theater comes to Dublin

I was very excited about this particular link up, both because i love to support local company's but i love supporting company's based in the Tallaght area even more.  Ill be genuinely honest and say i am not a huge fan of cardio, but the only exception to that statement is Spin and Kangoo jumps. I need my cardio to be fun and exciting. Cadence indoor cycling theater offers spin in a whole new way and environment. Spin Cinema's and Theaters are huge in the states, so it was only a matter of time before they launched here in Ireland. What might you ask is so different about Cadence theater and your average spin class , It offers you a more personal and direct form of spin cycling. The majority of people find it hard to commit to a full time gym and find it even harder to make all the classes. With cadence there is zero pressure come when you like, Pay as you go, an exercise option for ALL fitness levels and both great equipment, atmosphere and instructors. 













Spin is one of the most exciting classes, whether you are a total fitness amateur or a person who runs marathons. It is all about the group environment and the exciting atmosphere. You get the opportunity at cadence to really push yourself both physically and mentally. One of the best things about spin is in caters to all ages groups, sizes and fitness levels, sometimes you will find someone twice your age kicking butt beside you, i personally find this exciting and an extra push. Cadence really gives you the chance to be competitive by showing everyone's heart rates and effort percentages on the large screen on front. I think this really gets everyone going , a little healthy competition is brilliant.

I found both the instructor and the music top notch, keeping me in the zone for success and helping me stay motivated through the tough climbs. Ill be genuinely honest and say the first class is always the toughest, and being my first cardio session since the festive season i really found it tough. Once you get through the class, the sense of achievement and also the endorphin's released fill you with positive energy to kick ass for the rest of your day.

Just getting warmed up before the storm, loosening out the legs after Christmas and finding my rhythm. 

Getting our spin on with trainer Carl who has over 15 years experience. Kept us motivated through out entire class. 

As you can see below i am starting to look quite rough, which i find hilarious. Really pushed myself in the last stretch, check out my percentages on the screen rocking a super 93%. Looks like i am in pain but i reckon i would call it 'In the Zone'
