The amazing Brusselsprout






Christmas may be over, but that doesn't mean we put the sprouts away for another year. I am fortunate to say i am a big lover of Brusselsprouts and i know that makes me one in a million and also a weirdo in most peoples eyes. These little baby cabbages pack a serious health punch, and are one food you can basically eat as much as you like of. Check out all the reasons below why you should be eating sprouts.
