I am a huge fan of garlic, and quite literally put it in everything. Just because you, are eating clean doesn't mean you have to cut out flavour. Of course if you are not a fan of garlic, there are many other alternatives. Including spices, herbs, onions , get creative with your flavours. I find it so much easier to eat clean when you put a little effort into your meals. All it takes is a little effort and of course a tiny bit of research.
