For most of you reading when it comes to get in shaping getting started is the hardest part. I have included an example seven day diet plan. This plan was featured in the Irish Sun Newspaper during the summer as a part of Kelly's Bikini countdown. The diet plan is super healthy and seriously nutritious , this being the reason i include five meals instead of your average three meals a day. The food included in the diet your body will use to fuel itself. It will also stop you snacking on naughty treats threw out the day. Eating this regularly will also speed up your metabolism, why not try it for four weeks.
